Andělská 11°
Czech Lager
Klasický výborný ležák vařený z českého sladu. Díky jeho plnosti evokuje silnější piva jak chutí tak barvou.
Kolagen 13°
Semi-dark ALE Special
Pivní polotmavý speciál stylu ALE vyšší jednotky barvy, s přidaným karamelovým sladem. Při 13% stupňovitosti původní mladiny před kvašením má vysokou pitelnost. Do piva je opravdu přidáván kolagen, proto název kolagen.
IPA 14°
American IPA
Pivní speiál stylu american IPA čiré světlé až zlatavé barvy, s větším podílem zbytkového extraktu. Po napití je cítit okamžitý nástup hořkosti, která v ústech setrvá i dlouho po napití.
Non-alcoholic 7°
Non-alcoholic Beer
Náš nealko Ale, vytvořen s cílem nepřesáhnout 0,5% obj. alkoholu. Letní hořké osvěžení pro horké dny. Chmeleno při varu i ve studené fázi výroby americkými chmely, které jsou výrazně aromatické
How We Brew Our Beer
All our technology is right before your eyes and we are happy to share this joy with you.
Malt Crushing
Malt is ground into grist, the foundation for the entire brewing process. We use selected Czech malts.
Mashing & Boiling
In the mash tun, malt is mixed with water and heated through the mashing process. Hops are added for bitterness and aroma.
Wort Cooling
Hot wort is rapidly cooled from 70°C to 7°C through a plate chiller, ready for fermentation.
Primary Fermentation
Primary fermentation occurs in the fermentation tank at 10–20°C. Yeast converts sugars into alcohol.
Aging & Lagering
Beer ages in lager tanks at 2°C. Here, full flavor and gentle carbonation develop.
Tank Beer
Finished unpasteurized beer goes directly from the tank to your glass. Freshness you can taste.

Which beers do you have on tap?
We brew our beer on site, and all our beers are unpasteurised and unfiltered. Currently on tap: Andělský Ležák 11, Hruška 10°, Polotmavý kolagen 13, IPA 14, Nealko pivo, Sezónní nealko. Prices are listed on the menu.
Do you serve a lunch menu?
Yes. We publish a lunch menu for every weekday, Monday to Friday, on the Weekly menu page.
How do I book a table?
Call us on +420 227 031 892 or use the booking form on our website. A booking is valid only after you receive our confirmation e-mail.
How many seats do you have, and is there a beer garden?
Indoors there are 120 seats and a separate room for 20 guests. In the warmer months our beer garden with 250 seats is open.
Can I hold a party or a corporate event with you?
Yes. We host birthday parties, corporate events for up to 120 people, and weddings. See the individual event pages for details.
Can I tour the brewery?
Yes. We offer a guided brewery tour, a beer pouring school, or both combined. Write your choice, the number of people and your preferred date in the booking note; we confirm availability individually.
Can I buy beer to take away?
Yes. We sell our beer to take away in 0.5 l cans (Ležák 11, IPA 14, Kolagen 13, Nealko 7), plus seasonal specials depending on what we currently offer. They are available directly at Andělský pivovar, Lidická 337/30, 150 00 Praha 5, during our opening hours.
