Privacy Policy

What we process and why

  • Reservations and enquiries – name, phone, e-mail, date, time, party size and your note. Used only to handle your reservation or enquiry and kept for at most 12 months.
  • Cookies – essential cookies for the site to work; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, which you can change at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
  • Spam protection – forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Google reviews and posts – our internal tool uses the Google Business Profile API only to manage our own Andělský pivovar business profile (publishing posts and replying to public reviews). Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely for this purpose, is not sold or shared with third parties and is not used for advertising.

Who receives data

Only processors that help us run the website (hosting, e-mail, Cloudflare, Google). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object. Write to zizen@andelskypivovar.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
